    The odds would simply be X*Y where:
    X = Odds of being name Lou Gehrig
    Y = Odds of catching Lou Gehrig's disease

    Was it suppose to be a stupid joke or what? ;-)

    For the record; it is hilarious that a man whose name was Lou Gehrig actually GOT Lou Gehrig’s disease... but it just sounds silly to add the 'what are the odds of THAT happening?'
