Do
you have friendships like that? Kinda like when you go fishing? Catch
and release friendships? When the usefulness is gone, or when things
get difficult the relationship is over?
Do you love like that?
God
doesn’t.
God
doesn’t see you as you are as much as He sees you as you could be,
will be, as He will transform you into being. If only you would allow
Him to take you there your Creator will turn you into the likeness of
God the Son who, while on earth was known as Jesus.
He
won't begin this transformation someday, but now!
He
begins the moment you turn your life over to Him.
If
only you’d allow yourself to go where God wants to take you. What a
difference it would make in your marriage and family life! Loving
extravagantly is God's plan for your life.
Joel
2:13 - Rend your heart and not your garments. Return to the LORD
your God, for He is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and
abounding in love, and he relents from sending calamity.
THIS is
love! What kind of a person would push that away?
