Why is there something rather than nothing at all is the deepest, the most far-reaching, and the most fundamental of all questions.”

  1. That's strange... I don't even believe in nothing. Have you ever seen nothing?

  2. Well, he of course is talking about "before" there was everything.

As Parmenides said, "It's impossible to speak of nothing," although Nothing could be further from the truth.

Nothing is impossible for God, yet Nothing is the easiest thing in the world for you and I to do.

No matter what pair of contradictory properties you choose, Nothing seems capable of embodying them.

As science is attempting to prove, Nothing is mysterious. Although that would mean that everything is obvious - including, Nothing.

The fact is, whether you can see it or not, Nothing is sacred :)

Hope you have a good one.

  3. And, as to your question about whether I've seen nothing - Yes. Yes I have. For example, there was Nothing, on the bridge when I was coming home today. I'm not alone in thinking that I've observed Nothing, because some observed, tested and verified that Nothing is faster than the speed of light (with the exception perhaps of a couple jacked up neutrinos). Nevertheless, when I got home, there was Nothing, in my fridge.

  4. Hi Ginx!

Seeing you here reminded me that I wrote, almost a year ago already, that I would not write on blogs anymore. I remember because it's when my sister announced she was pregnant. The baby is now more than 2 months old so it's been a while already.

So apparently I failed my own promise, but at least I don't think I waste too much time since I have way too much work anyway.

Thanks for stopping by Ginx, you put things in perspective with just 3 small sentences. You reminded me of my own promise and showed once again how a simple concept such as 'nothing' can be abused to server any purpose we want.
