I
pointed out one day that there is not the slightest bit of scientific
evidence supporting the theory that materialism explains the
existence of our material universe.
An
atheist responded, “It doesn't matter that there is no supporting evidence because materialism is the
default belief.”
I'd
expect an atheist to say something like that.
I'd also expect
an atheist to say that's a good enough reason for why no scientific
evidence doesn't matter.
When
it comes to supporting the philosophical worldview of atheism,
atheists have a very, very low good enough threshold.
