There is a thing on CNN about computers / intelligent Bot’s that are far superior to human intelligence by 2050. In fact, says Ray Kurzweil, computers will be just like humans having the personality and character (eg. consciousness) just like humans.
I’m 60-years-old so I’ll never get to see one of these machines display love - you know - I’ll miss watching a machine decide to jump into a river to sacrifice its life to save another machine that is less intelligent and therefore less “valuable.”
Finally, I find it a bit amusing that here’s Kurzweil, the atheist who has failed to learn the first lesson of Darwin - Don’t create anything more intelligent than yourself.
