I give back to God a little of what is already His and I get the benefit. What’s the benefit?
Cutting the ropes that tie me to this earthly life
Breaking dependency on that which cannot support
Crushing the delusion of security
Reinforcing my faith
Living with an attitude of gratitude
Praying with thankfulness
Tithing - giving away money is a very important spiritual discipline.
Learning to give to God, is God’s gift to us.
