Store up for yourselves treasures in Heaven
where moth and rust cannot destroy and thieves cannot break in and steal

Knowing God, living in His will, obeying God, loving God, honouring God, worshipping God, all these things make the rest of life, the things that cause fear and distress in most people, well, these things become incidental to our well-being.

“Though the fig tree should not blossom and there be not fruit on the vines, though the yield of the olive should fail and the fields produce no food, though the flock should be cut off from the fold and there be no cattle in the stalls, yet I will exalt in the Lord, I will rejoice in the God of my salvation,” (Habakkuk 3:17-18).
