God's Love

“The love for equals is a human thing - of friend for friend, brother for brother. It is to love what is loving and lovely. The world smiles.

The love for the less fortunate is a beautiful thing - the love for those who suffer, for those who are poor, the sick, the failures, the unlovely. This is compassion, and it touches the heart of the world.

The love for the more fortunate is a rare thing - to love those who succeed where we fail, to rejoice without envy with those who rejoice, the love the of the poor for the rich, of the black man for the white man. The world is always bewildered by its saints.

And then there is the love for the enemy - love for the one who does not love you but mocks, threatens, and inflicts emotional or even physical pain. The tortured’s love for the torturer.

This is God’s love. It conquers the world.”
Frederick Buechner “The Magnificent Defeat”

  1. You know what... something just struck me. I don't know why I had not noticed it before.

You are literally a troll for Jesus. You ask questions that you are not interested in. You mock to generate reactions. You don't try to understand others. You repeat the same lies over and over again. You avoid several difficult questions/answers posted here on your blog.

But most importantly, you are thrilled at the idea that someone is insulting you. According to your other post, one of the things that made you laugh the most is Ginx telling you that you're head is too far up your ass to have a discussion...

I feel so dumb to have even try to talk with you for so long... oh well, I guess there was one more thing I could learn from you after all :)

Let me know if I am wrong though! Perhaps it's just an impression and you are really interested in discussions after all. I love to be corrected... unlike you ;)

I don't think thrilled is the right word. What Bret said is funny. Although, like I said, I think this is the second time he's said it to me so I'm feeling kind of used and abused.

Anyhow, who is Bret or you for that matter that I should care whether you like me or not?

I've told you before that my blog is a place where I dump my thoughts and feelings. I dont' feel any particular obligation to engage in conversation. On the other hand, if you say something interesting I may comment / reply - or not.

    We're nobody

Here's the thing, you insult people, write what you think they think, what you think they mean, and then insult them more.

When they correct you, you run away/ignore or change the subject, sometimes by asking unrelated question.

That's precisely what you just did in this last post you have up...
