I am a slave of Jesus the Christ.
I have no choice.
He has shown me where I must go and what I must do.
His claim is upon me and I'll never be rid of the freedom that slavery to Jesus brings into one's life.
Anything less than total obedience to my Lord, and Saviour is cheap grace.
That's interesting; is it modern slavery or a form of addiction? Could you live for a few weeks without referring to Jesus at all?
ReplyDeleteIt's a relationship Hugo. It's like asking if I could live a few weeks without referring to my wife or kids. We go through the day together.
ReplyDeleteNo offense but the "relationship" is only in your head... so of course you cannot live without your own consciousness, but that's not Jesus, that's yourself talking to yourself.
ReplyDeleteby the way, I remember asking you about this months ago, and you could never explain what kind of extra knowledge you get from this; i even remember this very silly example of this one time when you were trying to remember the name of somebody and then it suddenly popped into your mind, and you said: eureka! thanks Jesus! which basically confirms that it's yourself talking to yourself... since nothing new cam out of it, it's just a memory that was hard to recollect...
ReplyDeleteif you have other examples I would love to hear about them, but I won't hold my breath, because we know that nobody gets real external input from within their mind...
