My cousin’s husband works with the blind. He was telling me one day how his clients learn to trust someone who can see - even if that “someone” is a dog. Little by little the person learns that this guide does not lead them into walls or off steps or in into dangerous areas. Over time, as bad things fail to happen, the person begins to travel almost as though s/he could see.
That’s what the journey with Jesus is like. In our pre Christian days we thought that we could see but in many areas of life, relationships mostly, we were crashing into walls, falling off steep embankments and continuously hurting ourselves and others.
“Blessed are they that have not seen Me yet still believe.”
There’s an understatement if there ever was one.
For those of us who have put our trust in Jesus, we've learned that He can be trusted in any and all situations. He does not forsake us. He does not give up on us and He leads us through danger and into safety.

Be proud of your successes; you're the one who was able to change! Thanks to your belief in Jesus yes, but you're the believer, you're the one with ideas, you're the one who takes decisions that influence your life and the life of others. Keep up the good work!
